Don’t waste your NanoCorp trial — what your 3 days are really worth

Updated October 15, 2026 · facts checked against the official documentation

NanoCorp gives you a 3-day free trial, no card required, and many beginners spend those three days clicking everywhere — then find out the real loss was never the time.

Here is what the trial includes, what actually burns your credits, what happens when it ends, and the three habits that make your 3 days count.

The short answer

1. The trial: 3 days, everything included, no card

For 3 days you get everything: the AI agents, site hosting, business email, the payment checkout, plus 15 welcome credits. One active business during the trial, on a nanocorp.app address.

2. The scarce resource is not time

Writing your idea and answering the founding interview costs no credits and nothing is rushing you. What gets consumed is credits: every agent turn is billed, and the trial refunds nothing.

3. What burns the credits

One chat message triggers a billed agent turn (about 3 to 12 credits). Scheduled runs can add up to 8 more a day, even while you are not looking. Completed turns are never refunded.

4. The end of the trial is not a disaster

If the 3 days run out, your shop goes dormant: the site stays up, but the checkout shows a “store closed” page and the agents stop. Nothing is deleted — reactivating takes a few minutes.

What actually costs you during the trial

The classic trap: a vague idea. The agents build exactly what your sentence says — and if it says nothing precise, they build a vague company. You find out after spending credits, not before.

Your 15 welcome credits comfortably cover the launch (the first page costs about 2 to 3 credits, starting the company 3 to 5 in total). What drains them is the steering afterwards: every chat message is billed.

Scheduled runs work on their own, up to 8 times a day. Powerful when the company is heading the right way — expensive when it is not, because it keeps going without you.

There is no daily credit cap. The brake is you: turn the scheduled runs off or down in the settings until you are sure of the direction.

When the trial ends

Nothing disappears. The site stays online, your files and email stay readable, and NanoCorp sends you an email with a link to reactivate.

What stops: the checkout shows “store closed”, the agents — scheduled runs included — stop, and outgoing email is paused. Everything comes back within minutes once you reactivate the subscription.

After the trial, the Founder plan starts at $30 a month for 30 credits (with tiers up to $2000). Unused credits roll over month to month. There is also a small Light plan at $4.99, but it only appears inside the cancellation flow — it includes neither agents nor credits.

The three habits that save the trial

Write your idea before you create the company. This step is free and outside the countdown: it decides what the agents will build. A precise idea sends your first credits into the right company, not a wrong one.

Answer the founding interview just as carefully. The interview is free, and the three founding documents (PITCH, BRAND, FLOW) come straight out of it: all future agent work builds on them.

Keep a hand on the scheduled runs. Until you have validated the direction, one or two runs a day are enough — you can raise that later, once every turn works for you.

The first habit is free and takes a minute: paste your idea into the Idea Check. You get a Score out of 100 and a Rewrite ready to copy — before spending a single credit.

This method is what the Kit teaches: the €12, paid once, course covering the idea, the interview and the first visitors.
